1. No Right of Withdrawal for Custom Services

In accordance with Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made products or services. As our services involve the creation of bespoke websites tailored to each customer’s specific requirements, you waive your right of withdrawal once the project begins.

2. Agreement to Waive Withdrawal

Before commencing work, customers are required to:

• Review and approve the initial design (mockup).
• Acknowledge and agree that the 50% upfront payment is non-refundable.
• Consent to the start of a custom service, which voids the standard right of withdrawal under EU consumer protection laws.

3. Cancellation Policy

While customers may cancel their project at any time, the following terms apply:

• The 50% upfront payment will be retained as a safety measure for work already completed.
• A valid reason for cancellation is required.
